School Rules

Code of Conduct, School Rules and Routines

Rules and policies are essential for the smooth running of the school and, more importantly, they are often related to keeping students and staff safe and well. We are glad that our students and their parents appreciate this. Courteous and considerate behaviour is expected by all students of KHS at all times, to staff members and peers alike. We try to keep formal rules to a minimum at KHS, and instead follow a basic code of conduct, which can be summed up in three words:

Consideration
Courtesy
Common Sense

We feel that students should be encouraged to learn self-discipline and how to judge for themselves what is and is not appropriate in any given situation.
